Salina Injury Law Firm
We have recovered over $8,350,000 for our clients and their families, since 2006. Although we limit the number of cases accepted now, over the years Pat has handled over 2000 injury and fatality cases.

Thank you so much for your good work and kind sensitivity in representing my son after he was hit by an automobile. We were all distraught by the seriousness of his injury and recovery period. In addition, our son felt badgered by the other insurance company. Once you were on the cae, we had no worries and our son was able to complete his rehabilitation without distraction. Our family was surprised by the favorable settlement. You did a wonderful and we are so grateful.
Warmest regards, Richard W. Burnett

Hi Pat. I wanted to thank you again for not giving up on my case and all the work you did so I can enjoy this settlement. It all seems unreal to me. When we first started and as time went by, I didn't think we had much of a chance for only small change ~ but a little over a half a million! Thank you so much. Anonymous.
P.S. Dear Cathy, thank you for always taking my calls. Your kindness and consideration on the phone meant a lot to me. May God Bless You Both!

Thank you for the gracious note and for sharing your knowledge and skills with our students and members of our local legal community. I leaned a lot from you and I hope to visit Salina and continue the dialog and friendship that this visit began.
I remembered after you left that Herb Stern has taught that the function of closing arguments is to arm the jurors who already agree with you to make the arguments that favor you once they enter the jury room. You made the same point in the damages presentation. It confirms what I have tended to believe: that there are principles of effective advocacy shared by skilled lawyers who may develop them at different times and places, sometimes without being aware that others are also relying on and using these principles. The function of closing arguments could be one such principle.
I also enjoyed experiencing the closeness that lawyers such as you, Ron, and Todd share. This sense of community is very important to a healthy profession.
Let us stay in touch. Best,
Mike Kaye, Professor of Law, Washburn University
2010 As of 10-20-2010, we have recovered 1.5 million for our clients. This includes a large 6 figure settlement for an individual in Western Ks, sent to us by a law firm west of Hays. We litigated and settled 8 auto cases, 3 for six figures each. We settled a premises claim for near 6 figures, plus 3 pharmacy claims, 2 motorcycle cases and one large truck case. We litigated or resolved a few workers compensation cases and a farmers seed fitness case. We are currently working on a large truck case, referred by a lawyer in North Central, Ks.; and with other firms on Vioxx, fen phen, Medtronic heart wire lead, and asbestosis cases. We have two carbon monoxide poisoning cases pending, including a brain injury.
2009 Over 1.3 million recovered. We successfully concluded 2 bus cases; a motorcycle case; 11 auto cases; 4 battery/child abuse or harassment claims and 5 WC cases.
2008 We recovered the maximum death amount available in a workers' compensation case for a young boy, whose father fell 110 feet to his death; and recovered substantial benefits for a family who lost their daughter and a man who lost his fiance' and his unborn child, when a woman hit them head-on on the interstate.
In 2007, we settled some unusual cases: a bridge collapse case in Lincoln, a nursing home negligence case, an Errors and Omission case against a Coop; plus several auto injury and workers' compensation cases.
In 2006, we settled two brain injury cases for maximum policy benefits, in addition to disability and other benefits; two wrongful death cases; recovered a large estate for clients in a Lost Will situation; and have recovered for several Fen-phen claimants against the AHP Trust.
We have handled other cases and continue to work on a variety of matters, to help our clients and their families get back on their feet. We also help families obtain payment for medical bills and liens, when required. Past successes are not necessarily an indicator of future success, but may illustrate the abilities and experience of our firm.

Do past results guarantee success? We accept cases if we believe the recovery will more than offset the fee paid. Most of our clients want their medical bills paid, our fee and then have something left to help them get back on their feet. That is our goal. Plus, we will help you as you need to make legal, financial and medical decisions. We help people figure out insurance or disability benefits, PIP or Underinsured motorist questions, insurance subrogation issues...while you concentrate on getting better or helping your family get through tough times.
