We have recovered over $4,500,000 for clients and their families, since January 2006. Our individual verdicts or settlements are not published, to protect the confidentiality of our clients. In 2007 we settled some unsual cases: a bridge collapse case in Lincoln, a nursing home negligence case, an Errors and Omission case against a Coop; plus several auto injury and workers compensation cases. In 2006, we settled two brain injury cases for maximum policy benefits in addition to disability and other benefits; two wrongful death cases; recovered a large estate for clients in a Lost Will situation; and have recovered for several Fen-phen claimants against the AHP Trust. We recently recovered the maximum death amount available for a young boy, whose father fell 110 feet to his death, in a workers compensation case. We recovered substantial benefits for a family who lost their daughter and a man who lost his fiance' and his unborn child, when a woman hit them head on, on the interstate. We have handled other cases and continue to work on a variety of matters, to help our clients and their families get back on their feet. We also help families obtain payment for medical liens, when required. Past successes are not necessarily an indicator of future success, but may illustrate the abilities and experience of our firm.

The Kansas Division of Workers Compensation published the results of cases where an attorney was involved for the claimant vs. claims where there was no claimant's attorney involved. It shows the median recovery for claimants with attorneys involved is six times the median recovery for claimants without an attorney, the median medical expense with a claimant's attorney involved is more than double and the median lump sum is almost double in cases where a claimant's attorney is involved.
